In an effort to address the current school budget cuts in the Sugar Land and Rosenberg area, Garrett and Boyd Orthodontics has launched a Partners in Education program to become a part of the solution. We will donate $100 directly to the school of each patient who starts treatment. Adult patients may elect the $100 to go to the local school of their choice.

Some parents at Garrett and Boyd Orthodontics ask if stopping a child’s nail biting habit is another positive effect of orthodontic treatment. Since nail biting can be harmful to braces by breaking brackets and bending wires that delays treatment, our doctors feel that finding ways to curtail the habit is in our patient’s best interest.
